• Pickup at Depot: If the customer wishes to pick up the unit, they must contact the corresponding depot at least 24 hours in advance to verify equipment availability and coordinate the pickup. Failure to coordinate may result in additional charges.
• Delivery: If the customer prefers delivery, delivery times may vary between 1 and 8 days, depending on equipment availability and external conditions such as weather, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
• Free Storage: The customer may store the container at the depot free of charge for 7 calendar days from the date of equipment release. After this period, an additional charge of US$8 per day will apply.

• Inspection: The buyer must inspect the unit before picking it up from the depot or accepting delivery. We are not responsible for damages or issues that arise after pickup or delivery, including but not limited to damages caused by improper use, weather conditions, or mishandling by the customer.
• Equipment Release: The customer must present the release form provided by E-Containers Global at all depots or terminals to retrieve the container.

• Release Period: The buyer has 7 calendar days from the release date to pick up the container. If the container is not picked up within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or apply additional storage charges.
• Storage Fees:
  • If the customer does not pick up the container within 7 days, a fee of US$8 per day will apply.
  • Starting from day 15, this fee will increase to US$15 per day.

• When making an online purchase, the customer must specify the desired container's characteristics in the order notes, such as dimensions, condition, and type. If no details are provided, the container will be assigned based on availability.
• If the assigned container does not meet the customer's expectations, the customer may request an exchange or return, subject to availability and return policies.

• Limited Warranty: E-Containers Global offers limited warranties on the structure and leak-proofness of the container, depending on the type of container purchased. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Modifications: Any modification or alteration of the container by the customer or third parties voids the warranty.
• Reference Images: The images of containers on our website are for visual reference only. Actual containers may vary in appearance and condition.

The customer is responsible for:

• Any local taxes arising from the purchase and use of the container.
• Costs related to delivery, pickup, and subsequent use of the equipment.
• Coordinating with the depot before organizing their arrival. If the customer fails to communicate, we are not responsible for wasted trips or inconveniences caused by lack of coordination.

• Cancellation by E-Containers Global: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the sale if the equipment is not picked up within the stipulated period. In case of cancellation, the customer may be subject to cancellation fees and restocking fees.
• Cancellation by Customer: The customer may request cancellation of their order before the container is released, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase value.

E-Containers Global shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event, defined as any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of war, terrorism, organized crime, or war-related activities.
• Natural disasters such as hurricanes, fires, floods, earthquakes, or pandemics.
• Government restrictions, labor disputes, strikes, or civil unrest.
• Shortages of containers, supply failures, or transportation disruptions.
• Communication or power failures, cyberattacks, or hacking.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the customer will be entitled to a refund or rescheduling of delivery, subject to availability.

• The customer may select a payment method available on our website.
• By making a purchase, you declare and guarantee that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method for the transaction.

The customer may change the delivery address up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date. Please note that additional charges may apply for any changes, including:

• Differences in shipping costs if the transportation method is changed.
• Additional fees if the equipment required to unload the container is unavailable at the time of delivery.
• An additional fee if delivery is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original delivery date.
• Additional costs due to hazardous conditions at the delivery site.

• To use the E-Containers Global website, you must have reached the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence (generally 18 years).
• All personal information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at our website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami, Florida.
