SMS Terms

1. Program

Program name: Econtainers Global Cart Reminders, operated by Econtainers Global LLC.

What we send: automated text messages about your cart and order, such as a reminder that your containers are still saved with a link to finish the order. We do not send unrelated promotions under this program.

2. How You Join

You join by ticking the box "I agree to receive automated text messages about my order…" next to the phone number field in the cart. The box is never pre-ticked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We keep a record of when you agreed and the wording you saw.

3. Message Frequency and Times

Message frequency varies with your activity; today it is usually one text per saved cart. Reminders stop when you complete the order, empty the cart or opt out. Texts are sent only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in every time zone of the contiguous United States, that is, between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Time.

4. Cost

We do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

5. Stop and Help

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out and will not text you again unless you rejoin.
• Reply START to rejoin after opting out.

6. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

7. Privacy

We use your phone number only to send the messages you asked for and to honor your opt-out. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. Messages are delivered through our SMS provider (Twilio). Read our Privacy Policy to learn more.

8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. These terms are part of our Terms & Conditions.
